1. About the Service

Vahini Technologies provides an AI-powered handwriting analysis platform. Users can upload photographs of handwritten text for automated assessment across metrics such as letter formation, spacing, alignment, and legibility. The analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended as an educational tool, not a medical or clinical diagnosis.

2. User Accounts

Certain features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free Scans and Subscriptions

We offer a limited number of free scans per month without requiring an account. Paid subscription plans provide additional features including unlimited scans, progress tracking, and detailed reports. Subscription fees, features, and limits are listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at support@vahinitech.com. Refunds are processed at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, images, graphics, software, AI models, reports, and designs, is protected by copyright and remains the property of Vahini Technologies or its licensors. Our handwriting analysis technology is protected under Indian Patent #584433. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written consent.

6. Trademarks

“Vahini Technologies”, the Vahini logo, and “Handwriting Assistant” are trademarks of Vahini Technologies. No license is granted to use any trademark without prior written approval.

7. User Content

When you upload handwriting images or other content to our platform, you retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store the content for the purpose of providing the Services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from uploads to improve our AI models, but we will never share identifiable user content with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

The handwriting analysis provided by our AI is for educational and informational purposes only. It is nota substitute for professional assessment by qualified occupational therapists, special educators, or medical practitioners. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of analysis results. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vahini Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
